Brief Biography of
the Organizer:
Dr Guido Izuta received Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from
University of Sao Paulo in 1991 and the Ph.D. from Yamagata University
in 1999. He has published more than 30 papers in Journals and
Conferences. He was an Associate Professor in the Department of
Electrical and Information Engineering at Aomori University and also in
the Department of Human Sensing and Sensor Engineering of Graduate
School of Science and Engineering at Yamagata University and he as been
an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Information for the
last five years at Yonezawa Women's College. His research interests
include design and control of time delays systems, multidimensional
systems, discrete systems, human motor control system and control over
the internet .
