Brief Biography of the Organizers:

Prof. Horia Andrei received the B.Sc. from the Theoretical High-School of Moreni, Dambovita, Romania, in 1973, the M.Sc. from Politehnic Institute of Bucharest, Faculty of Automatics and Computers Science in 1979, the Ph.D. from Politehnica University of Bucharest in 1996. He has published more than 200 papers in Journals and Conferences, and 35 books.
He has received the special award of the city of Moreni. He was editor in the Printech, Electra and Bibliotheca publishing house. He was in the committee of more than 20 international conferences Dr. Andrei is Vice-Dean of the Electrical Engineering Faculty, Valahia University of Targoviste. He has a great experience in research projects. He is Fellow of WSEAS, and IEEE, member of AMSE, SIEAR, AIEER.

Prof. Costin Cepisca received the B.Sc. from the Matei Basarab High-School of Bucharest, Romania in 1967, the M.Sc. from Politehnic Institute of Bucharest, Faculty of Electrical Engineering in 1972, the Ph.D. from Politehnic Institute of Bucharest in 1983. He has published more than 350 papers in Journals and Conferences, and 70 books.
He was editor in the Printech and Electra publishing house. He was in the committee of more than 30 international conferences Dr. Cepisca is Vice-Dean of the Electrical Engineering Faculty, Politehnica University of Bucharest.
He has a great experience in research projects. He is Fellow of WSEAS, and IEEE, member of BRML, APREL, CEI, ARPF, SIEAR, AIEER.
