Brief Biography of the Organizer:

Francisco J. Garcia (1971) holds a PhD in Computer Science (2000, University of Salamanca, Spain). He works as a teacher of the Informatics and Automatic Department of the University of Salamanca. Dr. Garcia is the GRIAL research group director. His main research interests are eLearning, adaptive educational systems, web engineering, semantic web, and software reuse. He is member of the WSEAS Working Group on Education & Educational Technology.
