You have to convert it to .ps file and submit your .ps file to the

Contact WSEAS, please! Yes. Registration of the paper and attendance are
necessary in order to receive the afore mentioned material. In case of
your absence (while you have been registered), you can receive the
proceedings by WSEAS Press International Editions by post at an
extra fee. WSEAS will NOT publish any paper in the conference
proceedings for non-attendees. Usually 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentation
and 5 minutes for questions-discussion). Plenary Lectures and Tutorials
last more.
