WSEAS  TRANSACTIONS:  Only novel papers can be considered for publication. All contributions should be well written, completed studies, in correct English and WSEAS format. WSEAS Journals have been entirely independent of WSEAS Conferences since the end of 2006. Authors can upload their papers to WSEAS Transactions regardless of whether they have attended a WSEAS conference or not. In addition, WSEAS Transactions are the only open access journals where all papers are permanently accessible to everyone where the Authors do not pay any kind of publication fees. WSEAS Journals are available online and also on hard-copy for our subscribers, libraries and indexes. The Editors-in-Chief, assisted by the members of the Editorial Boards, are the sole decision makers for the acceptance or not of the papers. We need only papers that will attract the attention of other scholars citing them and increasing the impact factor of the journals.
